We believe that everyone deserves to have the feeling of home and drive our social impact strategy with that top of mind. We leverage partnerships with on-the-ground organizations, as well as the giving spirit of Wayfairians to support the communities where we live and work.

We are doing our part to protect the planet as a home for future generations and are addressing emissions and waste throughout our supply chain. We are also empowering customers to make sustainable purchasing decisions through our Shop Sustainably program.

Awarded through 12 grants to our warehouse locations via the Wayfair Neighborhood Fund in 2024, which directs grants to organizations supporting people on their journey to home.

Wayfair’s Talent organization drives success by enabling employees to do their best work every day. Wayfair’s People Principles guide how we operate as individuals, teams, and a company.
We expanded employee benefits, including enhanced adoption support, a new backup care program, and global financial counseling — all part of our commitment to support our employees through every stage of life and helping them thrive both personally and professionally.
360+ employees donated to over 300 nonprofits through Wayfair’s Employee Match Program.
We hosted numerous events across our global offices to bring employees together, celebrate diverse cultures, and strengthen our workplace community.
We strengthened our risk and training programs to create a safer, more resilient workplace through our Global Safety and Security team.

Nearly a year ago, masks to protect against coronavirus transmission were in short supply, as health officials urged citizens to save medical-grade masks for our heroic health care workers. While textile manufacturers ramped up production of cloth masks, many of us got creative to ensure we did our part to slow the spread by wearing face coverings.
